Archer Graduate Fellow
Program Overview
The Archer Graduate Fellowship unites graduate and professional students across the University of Texas System with a passion for public policy. Together they live and learn in our nation’s capital, gaining skills to affect change in their various areas of specialty. Students work on an independent study project, intern at a place of their choosing, and attend graduate level seminar.

While working for the SHPDA, Mr. Qurashi refreshed the Hospital Directory, built the Urgent Care Directory, and laid the groundwork for future urgent care planning through use of geographic information systems mapping of urgent cares and dynamic population tracking culminating in the collaborative report Urgent Care in the District of Columbia - Health Plan Analysis.
